Instructions

Who can be a member?
The membership is open to anybody who has with MD/MS degree in any Pre and Para Clinical specialties (i.e. Anatomy, Physiology, Biochemistry, Pathology, Pharmacology, Microbiology, Forensic medicine and Preventive and Social medicine). The MD/MS students will be granted provisional membership till they complete their course

Subscription
The society shall consist of following categories of members:
1. MD/MS/DNB as permanent/life members of the association
2. MD/MS/DNB students as provisional members of the association

​Application for Membership
Proposals for life membership shall be made by submitting the duly filled membership form Rs 5000/- fees will be levied for the provisional/permanent/life membership,

​Apply for life membership:
Eligible individuals can apply through one of the Two ways: online or postal.

​Modes of payment:

• A Cheque or demand draft drawn in favour of “All India Pre and Para Clinical Medicos Association” payable at Jodhpur. And deposit in any branch of State Bank of India in India. The Cheque/DD may be scanned (at 100 dpi) and saved for further references.
• pay in UPI aipcma@sbi using any app like paytm, BHIM, PhonePe, Mobikwik, Gpay etc
• Click this link and open in upi enabled app like BHIM, Paytm, PhonePe, Gpay, Mobikwik etc.
• Online transfer to Association’s account. If you have online banking facility, there are three ways of making payment: NEFT transfer, online transfer and mobile UPI app. Please do not transfer money from offshore (foreign) bank accounts.

• Log into your online bank account
• Add AIPCMA as a beneficiary with this information: State Bank of India, Account number: 37342796010, IFSC code: SBIN0032405, Branch: Kudi Bhagtasni, Jodhpur, Account name: All India Pre and Para Clinical Medicos Association, Account type: Current.
• Once the beneficiary is approved by you and activated by the bank, transfer the money to AIPCMA’s account. Note down the transaction ID or take a screenshot of the successful payment.

​Pay cash to our authorised representative or deposit it at the nearest State Bank of India branch with bank charges. Please note our bank details as mentioned above. Scan the counterfoil (at 100 dpi) and save as a proof of cash deposit.

Print the application on one side of A4 sheet and fill it.

Attach recent passport sized photo, self-attested photocopy MBBS Registration Certificate.
